Initiating service requirements for new capabilities and documenting changes to existing capabilities in other systems required to deliver requirements.

Responsible for the implementation of a new data analytics platform for senior client treasurers. Extensive experience with cross-functional stakeholder engagement, producing high quality requirements to aide the development and delivery of process and application innovations, and driving solutions to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Ensuring the continued improvement of the CitiDirect BE Mobile & CitiDirect BE Tablet banking platforms. The applications provide online and mobile solutions to corporations and financial institutions for managing liquidity, payments, receivables and trade, complementing enterprise resource planning and other treasury systems.

Responsible for the implementation of a global procedures documenting system in Europe, North America and Asia to prepare for internal/external audit. Extensive engagement with senior stakeholders in London, New York, Bermuda and Hong Kong to ensure the appropriate capture of processes and procedures to ensure best practices are followed. Coaching local teams in the use of the system, to include creation of user manuals and on-site classroom instruction.
