It involved receptionist duties during the day and hosting of guests at dinner in the evening. Receptionist duties comprised of organising the daily spreadsheet, room checks, attending to guest queries, telephone calls, orders, filing as well as welcoming guests and showing them to their rooms. Evening hosting duties involved attending to guests' drink orders and socialising with them at dinner.
