I was part of the cleaning staff of the hostal Chilis Backpackers. In my duties I had to clean the rooms of the hostel every day, checking the ckeck out rooms, clean the general areas as kitchen, bathrooms, hallways, stairs, etc. giving and excellent service as a housekeeper with the rooms and costumers.

I worked as a nanny and housekeeper with a family, caring 4 children and cleaning the house.

I was a travel agent for a Tour Operator agency, my principal dutie was planning different tours for national and international passengers around Chile.

In my rol as a Customer Service Agent, I had to help to the costumers in the airport´s facilities, also I was in charge of the check in before the entrance to the airplane, answering questions, changing seats, checking passports and boarding passes. My function required concentration, logistic and an excellent service to the passenger.

I completed my internship of Tourism in the airport´s facilities helping national and international passengers, answering queries in front desk.
