Live Consultancy Project for Leeds City Council

The project entailed a study into the changing dynamic of the retail market and its possible impact on Leeds’ retail landscape. The growth of online channels in relation to the use of retail facilities in Leeds City Centre was the most detrimental research problem for this project. Consumers’ attitudes in regard to current and upcoming retail facilities in Leeds were investigated through quantitative research and analysed to provide recommendations for future multi-channel scenarios to Leeds City Council.
