Responsible for the Inside Sales department (team of 8 employees). The goal of the department was profitable sales growth within the Inside Sales customer base, quotation processing and follow-up. During this time I implemented new sales strategies and introduced new initiatives and tools such as Dynamics CRM & PRM. By optimizing the work processes, the efficiency in the department was noticeably increased.

I was responsible for all sales-related topics such as clarifying requirement specifications, cost calculation, price negotiations, and interface communication between the customer and the project team. In addition, the acquisition of new customers within the DACH region was also one of my tasks.
