Responsible to define and, with my team, implement the strategy to allow the organization reaching the next level on project management worldwide by: • Customizing Project Management methodology • Training and Coaching for project managers • Counselling the board on project decisions and methods • Supporting company's strategy by prioritizing projects based on the cross competences team capacity vs allocation and projects’ ROI • Implement and lead the Project's Steering Committee with board

The team was copmosed by three planners in Brazil, two in Argentine and one in Colombia. Being responsible for: - planning and controlling all the new vehicles projects for America’s Region - triennial strategy plan which was the driver to estimate resources and site’s capacity - deploying the new methodologies and standards for project management and product development process. (I’ve personally trained more than 800 people in America) Reporting all the projects status to Corporate (France)

Part of a Multicompetences Team for defining and implementing a new organizational culture and new management model, with a complete restructuring of the company, guided by Lean Manufacturing principles and based on FNQ concepts (National Quality Foundation) and EFQM. A complete value stream mapping was held and the whole transformation was managed using Projet Management methodology.

Define and optimize assembly process for powertrain, including devellopment of new tools, operational time ergonomic and perfomance.
