I directly or indirectly (through the coordination of more projects managers) manage highly complex management and communication projects related to new products launching at European or world levels that involve local and international teams (EMEA regions, APAC, LATAM), and main offices (ej. Regional Market staffs, Int’l Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, R&D, Supply Chain, Technology). The position represents one of the interface between local EMEA realties and the US centralised organisation.

. I managed and coordinated the structure projects portfolio and their impact on the EMEA business of the Wyeth outsourcers, as for example, productions transfer due to the outsourcers list consolidation, new products launching. For this scope I have coordinated different located team leaders and European team projects. I have had the responsibility of the Project Management culture implementation.

I have been reporting to the Plant Manager, coordinating 100 people and having the responsibility of Production and Process departments. The main goal was the continuous improvement of efficiency and quality figures, the maintenance of the security standards, costs reduction, the training and skill development of the operative structure, the planning and respect of production plans, the process improvement.

I have been managing Business Support Italy department that included 5 sub-departments constituted of 19 technicians and an engineer. My office was the interface between the local plant realty and the rest of the Kimberly Clark (national/ international) organisation for all activities impacting on:Product-process-packaging re-engineering;New products industrialisation, raw materials,sites product transfers;Cost saving; Product quality, production lines and process efficiency impact improvements

I reported to the Engineering Director. I have managed and coordinated production lines transformation projects from the needs elaboration to the closure, coordinating the activities and the internal personnel and the outsourcers companies. I have carried out audits and testings of the new equipment at the suppliers places. Generally these projects concerned product re-launch, process optimisation and technological improvement.

I had the responsibility of the department that, in respect of the contract standards defined with the client (IRICAV1) for the High Speed Train contract for Ceprano-Vairano Scalo (50km), followed the Quality management and maintenance of two sub-contractors companies. I reported to the Quality Assurance Manager.
