- Responsible for the Sale and Financing of the South African portfolio of wind and solar PV projects - Sale of the project's Equity or Assets to international IPPs - Arrange the transaction structure and negotiate appropriate contracts with investors and other partners: Share Purchase Agreement, Development Service Agreements - Investigate the market to develop the business strategy of the company in the country

- Manage the new business team to strengthen and expand the core activities of the bank - Structure and manage the team resources and work load to achieve settled targets - Train the team members and support their own development to ensure consistent quality work

- Leading, planning, and managing the sale of a portfolio of renewable energy projects (6 Windparks and 2 solar PV parks) and the re-financings of single projects (2 Wind parks and 1 biogas) - Internal coordination between the several departments involved (legal, finance, treasury, credit risk) - Communication and negotiations with external counterparties (debtors, project operators, guarantors, refinancing banks, and legal counsellors)

- Develop the business activities of the Group focusing on financing German SME in their activities (production, trade, agriculture, RE projects ...) located in other countries of the ProCredit Group (South Eastern Europe, Georgia, Ecuador ...) - Understand the specificities of the local market (collaterals, regulatory structure) - Advise and coordinate the development of adequate financing structure, negotiate business offers, collaterals and loan agreements with potential and existing clients.

- Perform credit analyses of new client (focus on German SMEs) and review the adequacy of the requested financing structure, collateralization, and credit clauses - Advise business department on potential credit risk at early stage of acquisition - Participate in the development of internal tools to improve the monitoring of existing portfolio

Focus on Utilities and Public Sector - Internal ratings for large corporates and their worldwide subsidiaries by analysing business profiles (market, competition, strategy) in correlation with financial profiles (financial statements, credit metrics, projections) - Opinion on credit requests for various credit facilities: CPs, operating and financial leases, PF, bilateral or syndicated loans, derivatives - solutions oriented proposals adapting financing structure and/or legal basis to minimize risk

Analysis of financial, economic and country risks to carry out due-diligence of companies throughout the world and make credit underwriting decisions. Specialised in the electric, electronic and new energy sector.

Order processing and follow-up for international customers. Management and implementation of an intern project.
