Coordinating a team of 4 people responsible for creating technical specifications, PFMEA, layout, flow chart, ordering and installing new machines in production (maintenance and production trainig). Obtaining offers, negotiating with supplier the specific conditions and execution and delivery. Improving manufacturing methods and processes. Providing technical support for maintenance, quality, logistics, continuous improvement, work safety and production. Coordination of process changes.
