Deputy Director of Finance - responsible for all facets of finance and accounting, cash management and human resources at the German arm of the Africa Internet Group, reporting directly to the Group CFO in Paris.

Head of Finance and Accounting Department responsible for all aspects of the accounting, reporting, controlling and tax functions. Primarily focus is to establish an in-house accounting team.

Provide US GAAP guidance to German and US senior management, preparation and submission of US GAAP reports, forecasts and budgets including deferred taxes and valuation allowance, statement of cashflows, working capital, SEC Representation Letter, and Impairment indicator analysis.

Responsible for the planning, directing and timely completion of audit field work under the guidance of managers and partners of the firm, assigned detailed work to staff auditors, reviewed staff working papers, assist and mentor other team mentors.

Staff Accountant responsible for preparing client payroll, financial statement compilations, preparation of federal and state tax returns, financial statement audits and preparation of personal financial statements.

Post daily sales to general ledger, perform various account reconciliations, prepare and submit monthly gross margin report to management and independently conduct quarterly audits fixed assets.
