Led effort to integrate new IT network and PLM system into the existing structure without disrupting production. o Created process maps, highlighted single point failures, carried out a depot wide stock take, created technical documents, manuals and reports. o As a result, the IT network integration was successful in all buildings, full stock take led to profit from selling excess/unnecessary stock, single point failures were highlighted.

Considered manufacturing techniques including CNC / 5-axis machining, injection moulding, rubber and plastics forming.
