Leading a growing SAFe software development program of 75 internal and external software engineers located in Germany, Eastern Europe and Vietnam. Together we are building and maintaining a market-leading Charge Point Management System (CPMS) enabling easy access to (semi-)public charging stations. As part of the leadership team, I am driving strategic investment planning, setting up a nearshoring development center and supported building an independent international software company with its own brand.

Building THE state-of-the-art cloud platform for eMobility charging infrastructure together with my team of more than 60 internal and external experts in agile eMobility software development.

Leading a SAFe Agile Release Train consisting of up to 14 Scrum and Kanban Teams as responsible Program and Delivery Manager. Amongst those teams leading 10 internal employees as Teamlead. Designing solutions in a Java/Spring Boot Microservice landscape - connecting to SAP, Salesforce and eMobility roaming platforms Hubject and OCPI - plus modern Angular Web Frontends.

Scaling up the eMobility program from 30 to 120 technicians. Conducting an agile transformation. Translating between business and IT.

Various Software Development projects in the role as Java Developer and/or Senior Technical Project Lead.
