Incorporated renewable energy portfolios into the sustainable urban planning department, hired staff and built internal/external network. * Conducted feasibility studies, concept engineering and due diligence on multiple MW scale power projects throughout AP. * Took on lead roles in professional organizations, such as the US-China Energy Cooperation Program

* Built from scratch, the new renewable energy consulting business line. * Led a multidisciplinary team through the development of a broad variety of consulting projects including technical and economic feasibility studies, design and optimization of wind, solar, biomass, geothermal and energy efficiency. * Advised a Fortune 500 utility to site and optimize 2,000MW offshore wind farms portfolio, including technical and economic feasibility studies, wind resources assessment and permitting.

* Designed and optimized 200MW for seven different wind farm projects. * Managed the overall timeline, budget, project definition and scope of the projects portfolio. * Oversaw permitting process and environmental regulatory compliance that led to the authority approval.

* Designed and engineered net-zero energy green buildings for sustainable urbanization, equipped with integrated photovoltaic, solar heating and small wind turbines, generating 100%+ of total energy demand. * Evaluated technical and economic feasibility of innovative BIPV projects. Results reported by the media.

* Conducted environmental planning and EIA for urban design and landscape master plans.
