As Senior Manager in EMEA SAP Business Practice, I am responsible to support the SAP EMEA Vice President in developing the SAP EMEA practice, meeting C-Level customers, identifying business opportunities and running implementation programs or projects.

During a 7 years period my career evolved from Consultant to Manager, successfully managing to implement projects as a consultant, to manage work streams as Team Leader and to run projects as Project Manager. My main responsibilities were: • to plan and implement SAP projects as a team leader or project manager • to design SAP solutions for various industries • to design and rollout SAP Global Templates for various countries

SAP Logistics Consultant responsible for designing and implementing logistics processes

In the beginning of my career I had the opportunity to work for one of the largest automotive companies as a Process-System SAP Consultant. During the 2 years spent at Renault, I implemented successfully 2 large projects in SAP Logistics area as Logistics Process-System Consultant. My key responsibilities were: • Deliver locally the SAP process and functionalities according to Renault Global SAP Template; • Ensure the acceptance of the solutions by applying various change management functions
