 Project management of 3G/4G LTE in time under the PMI/PMP methodology.  Coordinate meeting with the vendors/contractors to follow up the schedule and status of the works performed and the plans of deployment of the vendor Huawei/Nokia/Ericsson and risks that may affect the rollout. Take corrective actions in order to fulfill the project schedule and goals on time.

 Support & supervision(under ITIL/PMI) of the services radio 3G Qchat, RAN/fiber & Core networks from the global delivery Center of operations at Mexico of the markets Brasil/Peru,Chile/Argentina/Mexico with frequent trips to those countries, Changes, Vendor management, Customer Care and Project areas from Nextel International. Management of applications like Netcool and OMC-QC.

 NOC of monitoring and support of trasmissions(MW),Transport(OF),Wireless RAN,RNC,Core CS,Core PS,Datacom,VAS and link leased from Global Crossing-Tellabs,British Telecom,Ericsson,Syniverse,Vodafone,OTA,etc. in applications like U200,M2000,N2000.  Remote verification of equipments wireless,base stations,nodes B(RAN),antennas,radiolinks,links leased of optical fiber

 Remote supervision of installations & maintenances of optical fiber(WDM/SDH/PDH/ATM),Wimax & Triple play through of app U2000 using tools as Google Earth,Secure CRT & SGA, and managing IADs & router TPLINK,LINKSYS,CISCO(CCNA) e IAD GAOKE on protocols MPLS & TCP/IP.  Remote supervision of ODU antennas and settings of router equipments and performing calls to TELMEX costumers.

 Support engineer of internet ADSL Speedy(in Telefonica Peru) through of app GIS/ATIS, solver of internet faults, remote support of routers(for voice/Data) and hardware/ software PC(Windows/Linux).
