-Develop and modifying injected and blow-moulded plastic components for fuel carrying systems according to company and customer specification. -Developing 3D parts and drawings using Catia V5 software and Gd&T ISO standard. -Working closely with the process engineering department by providing CAD data for simulation to insure accurate moulds fabrication and moulding process for new developed components. -Worked on Renault Europe and Renault China projects.

- Product development from the idea to series production of glazing, ADAS camera systems, exterior trim, rear view mirror fields of view and vehicle washing systems (tanks, pumps, lines, nozzles). - Detailed design of A-surface components and creation and management of rule-based automated CAD models (AVA) and simulation tools in Catia V5 / V6.

-Design, develop and updating company's products/equipment, according with customer’s requirements, API 11 E specifications and EU Standards. -Apply engineering techniques and validate using basic strength calculations for the new developed products. -Present and validate the calculation approach and results in meetings with the other engineering departments. -Build 3D models and 2D drawings, using specific CAD/CAE tools as Creo Parametric (Pro Engineer) -Updating the material specifications to EU IMDS

-Coordination of engineering documentation flow between Renault-Nissan-VAZ -Work on the Renault engines projects for Euro 5, developing the inlet/exhaust systems components. -Design of 3D components using Catia V5 and GD&T standard for drawings. -Basic modal analysis simulation using CATIA V5 Analysis and Simulation prior to sending for validation to NVH department. -Validate assemblies by using dimension stacks and 3D digital mock-up simulations. -Responsible of RFQ's tehnical content and timming
