• Focus area: Adaptive Smart Production. • Software module for simulation: Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation, SimTalk 2.0. • Development of e-powertrains and transmission. Building up innovative technologies that will make the production cheaper in the future. • 2 Conference papers and 2 posters accepted. • Analysis of factory layouts and plant analysis and optimization (DFA, DFM). • Also performing FMEA, cost-optimization, function-cost, value analysis, LoA, LEAN, etc.

• Developed a proof of concept for digitalisation (Industry 4.0) in heavy industry. • We were assigned with this project in cooperation with TU Graz. During the tenure of 9 months, we developed a proof of concept to automate the measurement of parts using a UR5 robot and computer vision techniques. We had to also build a business case to help sell the product to the Voestalpine global companies.

• I was responsible for the quality and accuracy of the technical data. • Analyse developments and training new employees. • Software modules: EZT, SharePoint, JIRA (Agility), MS Office, Project Management.

• Training and practical application of AutoCAD Mechanical, Autodesk Inventor and FloTHERM.

In-plant training in Foundry and Forge Division, shop layout, advanced machining processes.
