I'm responsible for the European operations, in terms of processes, planning and operational activities, of European and intercontinental supply chains to CN and US of a global customer. Together, we are building up a center to manage global transportation flows ensuring a high performance and minimum cost.

I'm responsible for the cost-efficient design and operations of the European inbound network of a 1st tier automotive supplier. My team is continuously designing and implementing optimization measures to reduce the logistic costs of my customer. Interdependencies between relevant cost driver as well as the operational restrictions of the affected supply chain processes are taken into consideration.
