• Analysis of the activities performed by the beneficiary • Drafting the functional specifications based on activity analysis • Drafting the necessary documentation for the testing activity (Data flows, Test Cases)

Structural Funds Projects: POS DRU - UMF Cluj; Responsibilities: Setting the curricula, trainers, target group. Setting the budget and the project partners (University of Medicine and Pharmacy Cluj, College of Dentists Cluj, Oral Rehabilitation Center Iasi, Siveco Romania). Filling in the Financing Application and submitting the project.

Project: National Health Insurance Office - Unique Integrated Information System (SIUI) Responsibilities: Consultancy services for medical service suppliers under agreement with CNAS in Sibiu and Alba counties; •Training for the consultancy team (230 consultants from partner firms) for the Pharmacies module; •Providing technical support for the personnel of the CJAS; •Providing first level of support, reporting BUGs in JIRA and tracking the bugs. •Coordinating the 20 SIUI consultants.

•Testing within the SIUI (Sistem Informatic Unic Integrat) project for the Health Insurance in Romania. •Internal testing, automated testing •Drafting the documentation necessary for performing the testing activities for the modules: Pharmacies, Hospitals, Family Doctors, Dentistry, Ambulances, Medical Devices •Testing for the final acceptance of the Pharmacies module, creating XMLs for all the validation rules according to the Regulations and Methodology of CNAS.

•Implementing the management program PharmEc Farmacie in pharmacies and consultancy services; •Quickly solving the issues connected to the software or auxiliary; •Techincal support, implementation, user training.
