Conducted research on and monitored the conflicts in Angola, in 2016 for the organization's annual conflict barometer.

I helped in conducting patient mental state evaluations and taking their medical history. It was my duty to report back on patient's conditions and progress that they seemed to be making. I worked with consulting psychiatrists and supervisors on various forms of therapy.

I worked with the nursing and recruiting team to get new blood donors and counsel them on the benefits of donating blood. Before donation, it was my responsibility to inform donors about the possible reasons their blood might be rejected and what happens during and after donation. After donation, i had to call all donors and give them their blood test results and issue donor cards for successful donors.
