-In charge of EMEA operations for airbag inflators and pyrotechnic devices -Development of 2 new plants in Germany -Integration of aquired company -Closure and social plan for old subsidiary -Managing director of German GmbH subsidiaries

-General manager of SPRIA, subsidiary of Dalphimetal, now TRW -Development and production of airbag inflators, initiators and propellant -Establishment of the company from green field -Construction of the plant, development of the first product range,business and supply chain development, ramp up of the plant.

-In charge of four business units ( assembly, welding, machining, forging ) , 900 employes, 250 mio€ TO -Production of armoured vehicles, guns aircraft and space componants, automatised production lines, forged parts.

-Industrialisation of new programs like Leclerc main battle tank -Management of investments in the group´s plants -Answers to RFQ and big tenders -Localization of production in customers countries

-Process engineering and investments for production of armoured vehicles, satellites, rockets, submarine etc.. -Technical support for sale dept. worldwide -Answers to RFQ and tenders
