I am tasked with identifying, recruiting and on-boarding fresh, innovative talent who can join SiteMinder at an exciting time of growth whilst ensuring our unique culture is maintained.

A boutique recruitment service connecting leading employers within IT/digital, fashion, design & media, marketing & e-commerce with the best talent in the market place. Managing all areas of the business, setting up recruitment procedures, attaining new business, resourcing, client and candidate management, and dealing with all administration.

Responsibility for all resourcing efforts for Alexander Black. I led the conception, design, development, planning, delivery and evaluation of the resourcing solutions according to clients’ needs. I located suitable candidates using our own talent pool, online databases, head-hunting techniques, social networking sites, job postings and recommendations. I account managed a selected pool of business, from resourcing, to interview arranging and up to placement.

Commercial & Retail: Starting as a Resourcer in a brand new concept for Brook Street based in head office, I helped to develop and strengthen the team and raise it’s profile before being selected to help start up a new specialist division for fashion retail based in London. Predominantly working for mid to high-end fashion houses, I was involved in all attraction and resourcing of high calibre fashion candidates as well as taking them through the entire recruitment process end to end.
