– Design and develop database by developing common vocabulary, defining business rules, drawing Entity Relationship Diagram(ERD) and turning ERD into tables. – Develop and implement performance-driven risk data calculation scheme. Redesign database for high performance data extraction, use matrix operations and parallel programming for efficient calculation. – Visualize data using Plotly, Matplotlib and Seaborn. – Develop ETL data pipeline. – Develop Back-End with Python, Django.

• Researched on medical image processing techniques. • Designed and implemented algorithms for the MR/PET image co-registration, automatic vessel segmentation in the MR image and partial volume correction in the PET image. • Achieved nearly 30 times faster and 5% more accuracy, compare this work to the software PMOD. • Completed thesis with a very good grade (German grading system 1.0).
