Drafting the monthly activity reports, organizing and participating at the meetings with stakeholders and partners, managing the travel related administrative process for duty trips for the OSCE Media Unit staff as well as Non-OSCE participants of the capacity building trips abroad. Arranging meetings, round tables and supporting the organization of the conferences. Translating documents in English, Russian and Tajik. Translating meetings from Russian into English and vice versa when requested.

Translated meetings held by the Ambassador of Republic of Kazakhstan in Republic of Tajikistan with the representatives of diplomatic missions and international organizations. Prepared and submitted the minutes of abovementioned meetings to Ambassador. Translated official documents from English, Tajik, to Russian and vice versa. Kept Ambassador’s schedule of meetings. Maintained Embassy’s computer equipment.
