Customer: Global IT Services Company with 50.000+ employees. Defined and supported process for identifying internal and external high-potential talents for 100+ Executive level positions. Applied an Interview Management Application, including customer presentation, training sessions and user support. Project lead for a business unit with 8.000 employees.

Development of an Interview Management Application and Standard Recruiting Process for large and mid-sized companies. Contributed to application design, documentation and testing. Developed training material and conducted web-based and on-site customer presentations.

Customer: DAX and MDAX listed companies Recruiting Manager and Recruiter, managing a team of up to 15 Direct Sourcing Recruiters. Filled 58 positions within two years.

Customer: DAX listed Telecommunications company. Training & Coaching regarding employee appraisal interviews, defining and applying structured criteria for performance evaluation and potential identification, using social media.

Customer: DAX listed Software company. Rolling out an EMEA wide recruiting process as part of a global shared service implementation.
