As Head of Development, I was in charge of product strategies & roadmap maintenance (keeping in touch with my partners, customers and colleagues at the front line to understand which direction we should head to with our system), team leading and improvement, performance assurance, third-part management, infra structure, requirements analysis and technical analysis.

Development (from MVP's final stage onwards) and improvement of the LAHAR platform - Inbound Marketing (features: Landing Pages, Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, CRM, Lead Segmentation, Lead Tracking) -, a wide array of bots and services to filter and perform daily tasks. Also, providing integration with a broad array of services (G. Analytics/Adwords, Facebook, Twitter, Pipedrive)

Technologies: PHP, MySQL, PostgreSQL, JS, CSS. Development and maintenance of back-end PHP/MySQL solutions for medical area, such as websites, educational systems and online payment integrations. Responsible for the company's PHP/PostgreSQL administrative system for medical associations (software evolution, customer support, training).

Technologies: C#, Microsoft VS. Worked with the dev and engineering team to finish a C# framework tool using the Microsoft Visual Studio .NET’s IDE in order to dynamize the creation of production line-monitoring applications. After concluding this tool, the role was to help the engineers using that tool to create those production line-monitoring applications within the new system, which was successfully implanted at the Krones customers production environment.

Started as Dev and at the last years I was leading a team focused on customer relationship and developing a Quality Management System for international-size customers like Votorantim, Fibria, Ahlstrom, I-Paper and Oji Paper. I was responsible for the analysis system improvement solicitations from our customers (via presencial meetings or via phone with the Quality Managers), estimate hours and costs.
