I was responsible to recruit, train and develop the local operational management team in Czech Republic market. I lead a sales structure with more than 100 people (8 Branch Managers, 12 Team Managers and more than 80 credit consultants and collectors). I was responsible to improve and to develop Branch Managers and teach them what exactly is their role and responsibilities, give them constructive feedback on weekly basis. Constant improvement on Sales and Collections process.
