Taken over the management of our Pharmaceutical Contracts team, specialising in the provision of freelancers across the DACH region in Clinical, Medical, PV, Regulatory, Quality, and Sales & Marketing markets.

Managing a dedicated team for the Swiss Life Science & Healthcare sectors. Utilising our many years of experience in European markets to recruit experts for opportunities in Switzerland. In addition I hold the function of Account Manager for clients who have volume contract and permanent requirements.

Mapped out and set-up the structure of an Oil & Gas staffing services business in The Middle East.

Off the back of the success in the DACH region I oversaw the development of our Pharmaceutical Division into France and the UK, whilst managing and further developling our Munich based team.

Starting as a trainee in our London office in a newly created team focussed on the German market, I identified and developed a new sector for Progressive within the Pharmaceutical sector. In March 2004 I was the only original member from the London team to move to Munich to open Progressive's first office outside of the UK. Developed my career and the Pharmaceutical business in Germany to become the leading provider of Clinical Research staff.
