Planning and managing customer projects in the division „Optical systems“ in the field of ultrafast laser applications. Supervise a technical team and coordinate R&D activities with external partners of our network. I take care about our existing customer’s base and establishment of new contacts, evaluation of new potential market opportunities and development of new product solutions.

During my PhD at the Ludwig-Maximilian University and Max Planck Institute for Quantum Optics, I took advantage of the latest cutting-edge laser technology to generate ultrashort high intensity laser pulses for extreme applications such as particle acceleration, which may be used in the future as compact high brilliance x-ray sources.
