Responsible to manage strategic sourcing for various European FMCG-clients in the field of packaging material with a spend of € 38m. Enabling their 60+ manufacturing sites to access innovation, cost savings, reliable supply and smooth rapid launches at all stages of Supply Chain. Managing 2.000 SKUs with 70 European suppliers, and guiding internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, IT) in the US and in India to maintain business relationships in Europe.

Responsible for sourcing and material development of packaging material for the brands Triumph and sloggi with a spend of € 12m. Managed 800 SKUs with 15 suppliers.

Responsible for vendor management of packaging material for the brands Triumph, sloggi, Valisere and HOM with a spend of € 23m. Managed 1500 SKUs with 25 suppliers.

Responsible for coordination of local purchasing operations of packaging and marketing material. Coordinated 2 team members and assisted the Head of Purchasing.
