Conducted site audits and credential inspections of medical providers applying to network with over 1,200 members and annual revenues of $4 million. Investigated insurance claims and medical service issues. Examined claims records for trends, unusual activity, or suspicious behavior. Maintained document security for repricing team. Directed a team of claims repricers, verified claims accuracy and process rate.

Staff of sixty, full operational responsibility including all financial reports. Created and defended budget for facility. Performed inventory management and tracked performance metrics. Conducted area operations audits. Heavy customer traffic, seasonal staff turnover, changes in budgets, goals, and priorities.
