Being in this position, my major task is to combat a distribution of counterfeit and parallel NIVEA branded goods focusing on the latest challenges brought by the New Customs Union (Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus) regulations.

On leaving White&Case, I took up a position in corporate IP at NIO where I managed activities related to IPR risks management and brand protection in exUSSR for NIO clients. While in this role I started to deal with matters mainly outside of Russia, which led me to the development and extension of law enforcement networks to Kazakhstan, Armenia, Ukraine, Kirgizstan ect, where I have been working for the past years.

PG&P has launched IPR enforcement work by taking me on board from Procter, so I was responsible to start and maintain anti-counterfeit activity fot its clients, propose neccesary steps to fight against counterfeit products on Russian market and manage a team of contracted investigators in order to protect world's famous brands, including Mars, Gillette, Oriflame etc. in Russia and Belarus.
