 Responsible for the new market opportunity of the real estate credit in the south region, providing strategic guidance through financial modeling and business planning, developing commercial partnerships with companies in the real estate and construction sectors for clients.  Support the commercial team and customer service into real estate financing and investments operations.  Managing the commercial team, making accurate and commercial decisions focusing on the best solutions.

 Responsible to supervise the commercial advisory team and daily activities including, credit analysis, processes and documentation, customer service support, commercial performance reports and coordinate marketing actions for new market opportunities.  Company representative for business events to grow the business and build partnerships.

 Support on the management reports, Business Intelligence system administration, financial planning and cash flow elaboration, Banking relationship, treasury and commercial departments.  Day to day operations support for Treasury and Commercial department, providing the necessary information to improve processes & procedures.
