As Junior Recruiter I am responsible to apply SAP's recruitment strategy within the EMEA Recruiting function. I work closely with my customers (managers and applicants) as well as the local recruitment team in Prague. This job involves a close cooperation with other HR teams to ensure a smooth end to end hiring process for SAP's overall talent pipeline. In my role I am the Early Talent Recruiter for Switzerland.

- Creation and publishing of job postings on internal career portal as well as on all external websites - Close requisitions / postings - Contract creation - Schedule job-interviews - Dealing with enquires related to recruiting process - Handling of phone calls enquires received via SAP Recruiting Hotline - Process e-mail enquires
