Responsibilities: - Lead Rating/billing/provisioning team, provide solution architecting and problem/ticket management and solutions. - Supervise correction from a team of 2-3 persons. - Rating/billing BSCS kernel and non kernel. Add-ons functional design and requirements gathering. - Client facing. - Escalation from team on complexity. S - Involve SME and E/// when needed - Support country SPOC on solution architecting - Delivery on commitments.

Convergent Billing System fixed, mobile & internet Project at Jordan telecom group (Orange): - BSCS IX R2 baseline setup & configuration: - Products and services configuration. - Billing and rating configuration. - Design / Implement commercial offers as per customer’s new requirements. - Prepare technical and functional specification, change request, test cases, and solution documents related to customer’s CR’s.
