As Senior Sales Engineer I worked in conjunction with Interoute Sales and the Interoute Products & Services teams, taking the technical sales lead for key opportunities, and progressing sales to closure with the sales teams. The role involved the technical and commercial coordination of all bids and RFP responses, working closely with appropriate departments of the Interoute organization, partners, and third parties, in order to integrate and deliver the agreed solution.

As Customer Project Manager, I led projects for the roll-out of NexusNETVIEW, GPRS / UMTS, Signaling Surveillance Systems. The projects that I led were for telecommunication operators worldwide, each with a value between 2 to 3 million Euros, initial TCV. The main customers for which I delivered NexusNETVIEW, as a Project Manager, were, Chungwha Telecom – Taiwan, T-Mobile – Austria, and T-Mobile – Slovakia.

As Voice Switching and Transmission Engineer, at Télésonique, I maintained digital switching and transmission equipment that was used for the switched voice international traffic and telephone calling card service. In addition, I maintained the voice grade service level quality between Télésonique and Télésonique customers and suppliers by establishing and maintaining the voice interconnections between customers – Télésonique – and suppliers.

I started at this firm when the company was Unisource Carrier Services Switzerland.
