For more than 10 years, I was a Adjunct Professor at Tecmilenio, at the Las Torres and Guadalupe campuses. I taught classes in English and Spanish in the areas of International Business and Systems Administration. I designed the entire curriculum for the Certificate in International Business (taught entirely in English) and taught it continuously from 2015 to 2025 at the Guadalupe Campus, training numerous generations of students.

Digital Transformation project for small business

Configuration Manager for international clients: I led configuration and change control for multiple strategic clients in the United States and the United Kingdom, ensuring integrity, traceability, and quality of technical deliverables in complex, multilingual environments. Project Manager for corporate: I managed the implementation of Fieldglass (a workforce and services management platform) across the Americas region, coordinating local and global teams, schedules, risks, and business expectations.

In my last corporate role, I led IT process improvement projects, implementing ITSM with measurable results: fewer critical incidents, faster response, mature governance. This reinforced my vision: tech with standards & purpose enables business. Under TOPEX (Towards Operational Excellence), I led global ITIL implementation across OpCos. At this OpCo, part of the Nutreco group, I helped implement post-acquisition policies, passing the IT audit as first in the group.

As part of a temporary team, I collaborated on the migration from an older version of SAP to a newer one, specifically focused on logistics modules. My contribution ensured operational continuity during the transition, minimizing disruptions in supply chains and validating data integrity after the migration.

I was the first research assistant at the International Relations Department, collaborating directly with Dr. Víctor López Villafañe on a research project about globalization. My work included literature review, data analysis, co-authorship of academic articles, and support in editing the final manuscript. The result was the publication of multiple articles and a book on globalization, which became a reference in the field.

PhD in Development Studies with honors from the University of Zacatecas. Dissertation focused on digital capitalism, technological sovereignty, and the impact of data extraction on emerging economies within the USMCA framework. Research bridges political economy, digital ethics, and development theory.
