Daily operational communication especially with GSM suppliers, Service engineers and Network dispatchers.Logistic support provision in terms of a new GSM equipment purchasing, network upgrades, new network – building projects, new services implementation etc..

Mobile switching centre customer data analysis.Customer accounts monitoring. Communication with potential risk customers. Cooperation with legal and security department in order to avoid company financial lost or breach of internal policies.
