Lead the development of a strong tourism infrastructure to support this mega tourism project on Cotai Strip in Macau, owned by Las Vegas Sands and comprising multiple hotels, conference and exhibition facilities, shopping arcades, gaming and entertainment. Established an inhouse travel company, an inbound product and marketing team, and a professional destination management team to handle travel and logistic needs of all business and leisure travelers.

Lead and implement regional growth plan. Opened and operated offices in Hong Kong, China, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia with proven success. Grand Circle became the largest US-based tour operator to China, Thailand, Vietnam and Japan. Key tasks include: regional profitability, cost of goods and inventory management, hiring and training all key personnel, negotiate key vendors contracts, maintain and enhance high quality standards across Asia Region.

Established and operated Cathay Pacific Holidays core brands in key markets. Developed and marketed Cathay Pacific`s worldwide tour and hotel programs. Successfully launched and operated multiple destination marketing programs to Hong Kong.
