Designed and developed an institutional planning and management support system by updating, integrating, and implementing modules for strategic planning, action plan programming, budget expense management, planning monitoring, and evaluation. Designed and developed a WEB software tool for monitoring the 3rd National Agricultural Census poll coverage. Designed and developed a multi-platform responsive dashboard application for financial indicators.

As an analyst, I designed software components over the JEE platform and built Oracle-BI reports and ETL specifications for Banking sector projects. As a developer, I developed SOA integration modules for financial services and transactions over the IBM-Websphere Message Broker platform for Banking sector projects.
