Measure and analyze process inefficiencies, run dedicated workshops with all the process actors, develop and implement improvement ideas of the end-to-end business processes. Develop project documentation for Steering Committees and relevant Senior Mgmt. Apply and share the process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.

Identify key performers indicators in order to monitor the analyzed processes. Organize Lean Six Sigma training waves within the group. Apply Lean Six Sigma methodology in order to conduct process improvements initiatives. Process performance assessment and analysis. Design & implementation of process improvements. Communications to the business and process owners to engage support. Creation and delivery of presentations for top management.

Set up limit account for business/corporate customers. Approve disbursements from loans. Data input for collaterals. Check contracts before customer signature. Monitor insurance policies.
