Enabling the organization to quote on new business via CMMI/ASPICE compliance and to reduce the RDE costs. My team 1. developed together with our stakeholder an Engineering Process Landscape for System L2/L3 across several sensor technologies with focus on speed, efficiency, effectivity 2. deployed performance indicator for weak-point-analysis and objective risk mitigations 3. led focus projects for ASPICE and CMMI compliance. 4. built and organized a competent and incorporated Safety Team

To ensure FuSa compliant products I consulted HW-, SW- and System Development during the full safety life cycle including customer discussions. To achieve a mature organization for the development of FuSa products I secured the 1. installation and deployment of the needed environment like tools for FMEDA, FTA 2. rollout of role-specific training programs for FuSa including management awareness training 3. deployment of reusable FuSa assets and an appropriate document/configuration management system

Consulting across diverse technology portfolios in the automotive industry with a focus on moderation and execution of risk analysis (FMEDA, FMEA, FTA) and development of safety concepts in cooperation with engineering and production. My company was contracted by multiple Automotive Industry companies for several systems analysis of battery sensors, electrical steering wheel assistant, gearing, brakes, axes, climate systems, electronic stability control, microcontroller, and semiconductors.

Enabling the engineers in the HW-, SW and System Development to competent and incorporated Safety Team

-  Technical sales of active safety systems (ABS/ASC/ESP) and brakes for global OEM with EU headquarter -  Responsibility for the technical sales department and deliveries to the customer.

Leading a team of application engineers for adaptation of ABS/ASC/ESP-Systems for EU-OEM with focus on verification of customer requirements. This requires a continuous communication and exchange with our OEM to ensure fast response and delivery of the right features.

Development, implementation and verification of the safety concept for the first vehicle dynamic control system on the market in co-operation with the lead customer.
