H2020 Project Manager EUniWell Office - European University for Well-being (EUniWell) - University of Cologne

Management of the European Comissions’s H2020 grant to develop the chapter on Research and Innovation for the European University for Wellbeing (EUniWell). Coordination of joint implementation with eleven universities across Europe.

Acquisition of a public tender to provide communication services to Metropolis (Barcelona) to implement the initiative Metropolis, Trough Children's Eyes (MTCE). In charge of the overall project management. MTCE is a strategy to promote children's participation through a digital drawing contest worldwide, which aims to understand their views on the pandemic of COVID-19 and generate insightful inputs for Metropolis to re-think the metropolitan environments taking into account children's perspectives.

Coding/gathering qualitative data through software Atlas T.I. for the Project “Implementing the 2030 Agenda: Integrating Growth, Environment, Equality and Governance”. Independent decision-making and team harmonization of results.

Responsible for leading social projects design using HCD methods. Project thematic areas were promotion of peace building through arts and technology, facilitation of horizontal communication in conflicting environment between youth and local governments, participatory production of alternative media content with young population. Fundraising of social projects, achieving, among others, two USAID grants.

Program development for the mid-term strategy on social innovation and peaceful coexistence. Creation and coordination of the Youth Social Innovation Network in Ibague (intermediate city) with local government and civil society members. Areas of work were promotion of peaceful coexistence in public spaces. Participatory design (HCD) and transformation of public spaces in conflicting/dangerous urban areas. Music education to promote peaceful coexistence among teenagers.

Implementation of a communication strategy to facilitate the peaceful co-management of the National Park between members of the indigenous ethnic group Kofán and the state, in harmony with indigenous cosmovision and government duties. Co-production of video and radio content with the network of “indigenous communication leaders”
