Case & Account manager In my role I am responsible for managing and minimizing the costs involved with the absence through illness for corporates. Beyond the (re- integration) process I have to communicate on different levels to give a proper and an integral advice. These levels are for example managers, supervisors, employees but also with insurance companies. Furthermore I developed strong commercial skills by performing tasks like acquisition, product development and writing business plan(s).

In my job as a casemanager I was responsible for managing the absence through illness for different kind of private organizations of various sizes. Trough the process I had to communicate on different levels to give a proper and a integral advice. These levels were for example managers, supervisors, employees and insurance companies.
