Develop high-end IT systems for credit products (requirements management, analysis of critical features). Accelerated credit process (TTD) by 37,7%. Introduced Agile in the top-2 Russian Bank, eventually reducing time-to-market by 62.7%. Created and manage the first Agile analysis department in VTB (hiring, plan and control, set up working processes, talent development, etc.). Created and develop VTB Analysts community (from 0 to 1400 members).

Led analysts teams in the Russian branch of Software AG (consulting & distribution), working on business process optimization & automation projects (IT, Supply Chain, Mining & Minerals). Performed client interviews, managed requirements, modeled and optimized processes, developed technical specifications. Implemented ARIS and 1C. Designed the company’s modeling convention (based on ARIS, VAD, EPC). Developed the target IT architecture for the client.

Performed optimization & IT projects in a geographically distributed company. Reported to CEO, worked closely with top management. Reduced the time for Supply Chain contracts approval by 50%. Reduced the share of urgent purchase requests by 3 times.

Product owner of Cinimex MIR – a b2b IT system for financial regulatory reporting (OTC and ETD derivatives). The system was sold to and successfully implemented in 5 top-10 Russian banks. Participated in the full cycle of IT projects from presales till implementation. Under tight deadlines and significantly changing requirements I still managed to finish and implement our system.

Worked in a global team to redevelop a management information system. Optimized month-end closing process, making it 1 day long instead of 3-4 days. Designed a new methodology for Back Office-to-Front Office expenses allocation, making data processing 10 times faster.

Worked in business process optimization projects. Learned unique modeling skills based on mathematics (predicate logic). After one of my projects a textbook was published for the Higher School of Economics.
