Kaemingk is using JDE EnterpriseOne and exchanging electronic documents using EDIFACT and X12 message standards. Kaemingk Season Decorations B.V. is a significant distributor of decorative items for Christmas and Spring for over 75 years. With over 17.000 products and sales to more than 30 countries , their presence is very prominent.

Responsible for 1) developing the vision, mission and strategy of the M&G Group for enabling Electronic Trade with customers and suppliers. 2) establishing the implementation of the commonly accepted vision starting with outgoing e-Invoicing Electronic Invoicing will be implemented using SAP IDOC's functionality and the Electronic Communication Network of Certipost. Many clients of the M&G Group are already on the Certipost Network.

The Dutch Rabo Bank requested Atos Origin to start sending electronic invoice via the electronic invoicing network of OB10. As a project manager / business consultant I am responsible for the implementation between Atos Origin and the Dutch Rabo Bank. I am coordinating the functional and technical on-boarding on the OB10 electronic invoicing network.

The Dutch Government is going to issue a tender (August 2010) to acquire a solution, SAAS-based, that provides e-Purchasing functionality. Since the implementation of Electronic Ordering and Invoicing (elektronisch bestellen en factureren EBF) with the Dutch Tax Autorities we are working on developing our winning approach both technically (the type of solution architecture) as well as organisationally (partnerships with other interested software suppliers.

Develop a vision on electronic invoicing, e-O2C and e-P2P covering Distribution models and building blocks, solutions and scenario's, legal and fiscal obligations & compliance, organisational impact and saving potentials (Business Case), trading partner (customer, suppliers, ...) on-boarding. Establish the Global Atos Origin e-invoicing / e-business Network of Professionals. Develop new approaches for reducing Tax Fraude and leveraging the adoption of e-Invoicing (e-Factureren).

As the Electronic Business Community Leader I am responsible for establishing the solution community, designing training material and programs, strengthen and enlarge the community. Apart from managing the community I developed a vision on e-Invoicing and e-Business and I am participating in European standardisation initiatives and the EC CEN Workgroup on e-Invoicing. I am promoting and positioning Atos Origin as the thought leader in the market and developing lighthouse offerings for our clients.

Develop a shared and broadly endorsed vision on electronic invoicing for Alliander and a realistic plan for accomplishing that vision.

Develop a clear vision on Electronic / Digital Invoicing and Expense Management (Cost Control) for KPN Billing taking into accounting current systems, processes and organisation.

Manage the pilot project Electronic Ordering & Invoicing between Atos Origin and the Dutch Tax Authorities. Analyse the impact on systems, processes and organisation, and develop the business case. Select and ensure the B2B Communication Platform and Message Transformation Tools are installed and implemented. Develop message specifications & the Common Information Model. Define transformation rules between SAP and HR-XML. Participate in progress meetings and inform the steering committee.

Develop a vision and architecture for unlocking the ordering systems of KPN Sales for the e-procurement systems of Customers. Investigate existing ordering systems and processes. Develop a future enterprise architecture for B2B Integration supporting web-based ordering, EDI with EDIFACT and XML, integration with ERP systems using Punchout or RoundTrip. Develop plan of approach, project plan and work packages the suppliers Tibco and Trim (webordering)
