Currently, I am leading a design team to implement design patterns into digital procurement products and to maintain the internal styleguide and library of components. I have got experience in mentoring design team members and managing design processes. I create prototypes for new products and new versions of existing products & facilitate design review with stakeholders across 6 purchasing services. Redesigned and implemented patterns in the interfaces allows users to reach their end-goals 15% faster.

I created Desktop and Mobile applications design in ecological research equipment for professional use (Weather app, Hydrochemical and Hydrophysical Analysis apps). I had strong proficiency on problem solving design. I analysed business and user requirements, developed customer personas, interaction patterns, usage scenarios. I made wireframes and prototypes: from hands-on drive rapid prototyping to pixel perfect interactive visual design.

I was responsible for corporate identity and brand support digital and printed materials: advertising, packaging for auto accessories. I worked on UI of e-commerce website norplast.ru, including research, concept, project and visual design. After website creation sales increased by 12%.
