- Lead systems demands for Finance on Sispro ERP and Sysger MRP (domestic system) - Systems management to support legal requirements in Brazil and international requirements. - Support new demands of infrastructure for operations areas. - Budget plan and forecast controls. - Team lead to support small and big projects as: - Real Time monitoring site implementation to support Oil Operations. - KPIs monitoring and follow up to improve gaps.

- Control, monthly follow up for evaluations of 2nd level support. - Support 2nd level team for the sites CENPES (Research Centre), EDIHB and Ouro Negro controlling SLA requirements under contract, implement new controls as replacements plans for systematics failures initially on the sites above and after global implementation reducing user time lost.

– Responsible to implements several procedures for Oil & Gas Business segment Main responsibilities on the projects managed: - Petrobras Vitória, Devon, BG Group, El Paso, Esso, Gemalto; responsible for third part projects trough Atos Origin; with objective of team contracts of specifics demands according contract and their services addictions - Define and apply new procedures and standards to support development team.

- Servicedesk management at Macaé to support users onshore and offshore; servers migrations, desktops and laptops. - Offshore support to help operation equipment’s at cabins for computers assigned for downstream and upstream oil services. - Site Security Officer. - Follow up and support off Global Service Desk implementation in Colombia for the first level support using remote tools. - RealTime Service support to Platform implementing satellite antennas (fixed or mobile) for data communication.
