Regional Operations Manager are in charge of delivering IT services to HCL's clients, and complete tasks such as improving SDM processes, communicating with other departments, overseeing employees involved in the delivery process, solving complaints and providing customer service with key qualifications like leadership, attention to details, analytical thinking, solid IT background, communication and teamwork. The scope includes EUC, Networking, Servers, Databases, Security and Apps End-To-End Support.

Short-term project to implement continuous process improvement principles (Six Sigma Lean (SSL)), based on effective frameworks (e.g., ITIL, CobiT, etc.) and methodologies (e.g., Kanban) and being carried out by an established infrastructure and tools to provide Corporate Dashboards, Metrics and Executive Reports to properly monitor the IT and Customer Services processes.
