My role with Cablelines Pronet was home/field based and consisted of managing key accounts within my allocated geographical area and developing these accounts to maximise their spend potential and new business development. Working to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets. Our target customers were generally the Data and Voice Installers and some end users and I generally held meetings with the senior directors or the senior buyers.

My role here at Wadsworth was very similar to my last role at Cablelines Pronet, except that I was covering the Midlands and South Wales area as their regional sales manager. I was responsible for looking after our key accounts and bringing in new business within my geographical area. The company became rather unstable so I decided to leave and join Cablelines Pronet.

I had several roles throughout my career with Mills. I started as an internal Sales person and was swiftly promoted to Sales Manager where I lead a team of 4 internal sales people and 2 in customer services. 3 years later a new external role was created for me as UK Sales Manager as I was keen to explore further potential business in a more external based role.
